- 1 cup cooked Basmati rice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2 cloves few raisins and cashews(all roasted in ghee)
- Few strands of saffron soaked in milk
- Cardamom powder
Method:
- Add a little water to the sugar and make a syrup of 1 string consistency in a pan.
- To this add the cooked rice,saffron,ghee and slightly crushed cloves.
- Keep mixing the above till the ghee leaves the sides of the pan.
- Remove from fire and then add the cardamom powder.
- Garnish with raisins and cashews.

- 1 cup Semolina
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 5-6 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp elaichi (cardamom)
- 1 cup Pineapple and Mango Puree
Method:
- In a wok, add ghee.When hot add the semolina and roast it in ghee until it leaves a good aroma.
- Now add the hot water, give a stir.
- Let it cook until all the water is evaporated.Now add the fruit puree, sugar and keep stirring until you get the required consistency.
- You can add more ghee if it looks dry.
- When almost done add elaichi powder.

- 1 cup Maida (Refined flour)
- 1 cup sugar powder
- 3 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
- 2-3 cups Beaten rice
- Cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp Semolina
- 1 tsp ghee
- 2 cups Oil
Method:
- Sieve maida and add semolina and ghee to it.
- Mix it with water and prepare a firm dough.Keep it aside.
- In a wok, dry roast the beaten rice.
- Next dry roast sugar for sometime and add cardamom powder to it.
- Grind the beaten rice and sugar with cardamom to a coarse powder. Add the black sesame seeds to it.
- Make small balls of the dough and flatten it into a thin roti.
- In a wok ,take 2 cups of oil .Fry the roti shaped dough and in the wok itself try to fold it once in a semicircle and then fold it again . It should resemble a triangle.
- Remove from wok and while it is still hot, add the sweet filling prepared earlier. Allow it to cool
