- 2 tbps oil
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 whole cardamom
- 2 small onions
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup Basmati rice (washed ,soaked and drained)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (carrots,beans,peas,cauliflower,potatoes)
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in wok. Add whole spices.
- Add onions.Stir till it becomes slightly brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and vegetables and stir.
- Then add salt and Basmati rice.
- Stir for 2 minutes . Add required water and pressure cook accordingly(or cook in covered pan till all the water evaporates)

- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn
- 2-3 Green Chilly
- Finely chopped coriander
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Method:
- Make a soft dough of wheat flour with salt and water.Keep aside.
- Grate the sweet corn on the cob.
- To this add finely chopped green chilli ,coriander ,onions and salt.
- Make balls of the dough ,flatten it,keep spoonful of filling and close by bringing the edges together. Roll out(flatten) into parathas carefully and fry on hot pan on both the sides using oil or ghee.
